We work through a design, and the mechanical and electrical drawings are provided. They are very knowledgeable working with the contractor, providing information when required. On one occassion, a new piece of equipment arrived with damages and could not be replaced for a week - they loaned a used piece of equipment to get me opened. Their installation team is incredible.
